Tips and Tricks - Send Xero Bills into Xero

Did you get an online bill from Xero and want to input it into Xero?

Don't manually input! Save time by clicking on the "Xero" icon (see photo above). This bill is now sitting as "draft" in your Xero. Review the details, add any additional information that you want to show and click "Approve". The transaction is now ready for you to reconcile in Xero. All Done!

Hubdoc - Another alternative is to send a PDF of the bill into Hubdoc. Hubdoc will extract all the relevant information for your to check and then publish. The published invoice will be pushed into Xero and then it is ready for reconciliation.
